16th Members’ Meeting “Our Company and the Circular Economy” & “Japan and the Circular Economy”

[Purpose of Meeting]

The 16th member meeting of the CE-MVC Study Group will be a continuation of last year’s 7th member meeting, “Our Circular Economy”, in which each company will introduce its efforts, future directions and attitudes toward the circular economy.

In this meting, we would like to ask Mr. Makoto Harita, President of HARITA METAL Co.,Ltd., who is at the forefront of initiatives for a recycling-oriented society and is actively working on the circular economy as a company, to introduce his specific initiatives and future direction. In addition, Mr. Kentaro Tanaka of Cre-en Inc., who is working on the realization of the SDGs as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) consultant, will talk about his company’s approach to the circular economy in the future and his awareness of the issues.

I would like to hear from the Resource Recycling and Economy Division of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) about what kind of direction the country is going in and how it is moving forward.

We invite the active participation and discussion of members, special members and ANNUAL REPORT subscribers.

In addition, “Our Company and the Circular Economy” will continue to be carried out on a rotating basis, so please be prepared.
